A few things, like billing on a DISH account, do go through their national line. Will someone show me how to use everything?
Yes. Before we leave your home, we walk you through every TV and remote until you’re comfortable using it yourself. And for full-service customers, we’ll come back out and help you learn something new any time — free of charge. Nothing has to be broken for us to come help.
