Absolutely. Cable companies are ending their traditional TV service and pushing everyone toward streaming apps, and a lot of people simply don’t want that — they want to turn on the TV and flip through real channels the way they always have. Do I have to deal with an 800 number or automated menu?

Not with us. You call our local line and reach a real person in the Treasure Valley, not a menu or a robot — and that’s true whether we set you up with our own TV service or with DISH. A few things, like billing on a DISH account, do go through their national line. You don’t have to face those calls alone: come into the showroom and we’ll make the call together, right there with you.

Will someone show me how to use everything?

Yes. Before we leave your home, we walk you through every TV and remote until you’re comfortable using it yourself. And for full-service customers, we’ll come back out and help you learn something new any time — free of charge. Nothing has to be broken for us to come help.

What if something goes wrong later?

You call the same local number and reach the same people who set you up. We have a storefront you can visit in person at Fairview & Eagle in Meridian. We take care of our customers — we do the job right and we stand behind our work.
