Exceptionally customer-service focused & technology proficient. They completed my installation after regular business hours because they knew my service was down. They even handled the DISH bureaucracy for me, and I’m very happy with the upgrade. They also successfully installed my Starlink satellite dish. I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again for any satellite need in the future. Top notch!!

Haven't had the service long but my goodness, some of the best service I've had in my 70+ years in Boise. They do utilize Dish as their TV service but I don't have to call Dish to get help. I have local people helping me. No long phone wait times. Personable, intelligent people quickly resolving issues. Installation was a snap. Quality and friendliness at every turn. Hard to find that lately. I'm 5th generation Idahoan, this is a business that Idaho can be proud of.

I am the Building Services Director at an Assisted Living facility in Boise. We recently switched the cable provider in our building to Dish and Caleb with A+ Satellite was our head technician. It is a large community with over 100 apartments, common areas and several logistical challenges. Caleb and his team were very thorough in their planning and installation of the hardware. Even with our old outdated systems, they worked with every variable thrown at them and made it a very efficient process. Then when it came to switch over everyones TVs to the new service, it was much more of an ordeal. There were several problems and obstacles and 115 apartments to do it in. They went well above my expectations and really tried very hard to make sure everyone had what they needed and everything was working right. Caleb himself especially. He stayed to help well past typical shift end. He helped me remove and install new TVs even, and did not leave until everyone had cable. I was very impressed with the customer service. I would absolutely recommend Caleb and A+ Satellite to anyone in need of switching.

we are Dish subscribers and A+ did our installation. We stopped at the store to ask a question and were pleasantly greeted by Claudia. She is awesome. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and she outlined how we can accomplish what we want to do. We couldn't happier with this company! They are professional, knowledgeable and will take as much with a customer as is necessary to produce the best service.
